Registration policy



To register for any of our classes, workshops or events please contact us at via email at info@sewbeitstudio.com or call 647-347-6353.

In order for us to secure your spot in the class,  we require your name, address, telephone number, and a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% can be paid anytime before -- or on -- the first day of class.
 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit, cheque

If mailing a cheque to us for your deposit, please make sure that we receive it before the start date of your class and that we are aware you are sending it and want to register, otherwise we cannot ensure that a spot will be available for you.

NOTE: Your space in the class is not secured until we have received the deposit.

*The 50% deposit is non-refundable, unless the class/workshop is canceled due to insufficient registration. Only in this case will you be refunded. There is no refund if you drop out or don’t show up for your class/workshop.If you do have to cancel your enrollment in a class, we require at least 48 hours notice before the start date of said class, and only then can your deposit be used as a credit towards a future class.

* It is your own responsibility to come to classes/workshops. If you miss a class/workshop it is not guaranteed that you will be able to make it up. We understand that things happen, so we will do our best to schedule a make-up class when necessary but it is not possible in every circumstance.

 * All special events require an RSVP. If you RSVP and later realize you cannot attend, please notify us at least 48 hours before event time.
 
When should you register?


 Some classes do tend to fill up quickly, so it is always best to register early. Especially the Beginner Sewing classes. Most of our classes have a maximum of six students per class.
